CGNET was founded in 1983 and is a privately held C Corporation incorporated in California. We are business partners with a number of technology vendors but we are independent of all of them. These include Microsoft, Cisco, Symantec, iPass, VMware, Computer Associates, and Damballa.
CGNET currently has a staff of 30 in California, Texas, North Carolina, Nigeria, Ethiopia, India, South Africa, and China.
