I find that I now get very little spam with the new CGNET / MessageLabs solution in place. But some pesky ones keep getting through — often after I have clicked their unsubscribe link. I also have a standard practice of reporting as spam any unsolicited mail that does not contain an unsubscribe link. I feel a certain sense of empowerment when i report these to the spam “authorities.” If you would like to feel empowered too, create a message to junk@cgnet.com, and drag the spam message or messagess into this message so that it appears as an attachment. And then send the message. Similarly, should a valid message get mistakenly quarantined, once you have released it, you can send it in the same way to the address notjunk@cgnet.com.
