Microsoft To-Do comes from the team that’s involved with the Wunderlist app, but delivers an even smarter, more personal and intuitive way to help people stay organized and get the most out of their everyday schedules. Microsoft To-Do is Powered by Office 365 integration and an intelligent algorithm.

To-Dos all in one place

Microsoft To-Do helps you create lists for anything, for work, home projects or just your groceries. You can keep track of your deadlines by adding reminders, dues dates, notes and you can also personalize each list with different colored themes. You can access Microsoft To-Do anywhere with the To-Do apps for iPhone, Android phone, Windows 10 Devices and the web.

Intelligent Suggestions to help plan your day

Managing your to-dos and lists can take up longer than you expect. Microsoft To-Do helps you focus and plan your day from the moment you open the app. Your My Day list starts with a clean slate for you every morning, allowing you to focus on what you need done that day. You can also tap Intelligent Suggestions for ideas on what’s the most important task on your list to finish. All you’ll need to do is tap the lightbulb, and you’ll see any to-dos from the day before, what’s due or upcoming, and other helpful suggestions based on Microsoft To-Do’s smart algorithm. Just add the ones you want to get done to My Day.

Integrating Microsoft To-Do’s with Office

Microsoft To-Do is built on Office 365, which in the coming months will enable it to be more useful in more places. The first integration is with Outlook, which makes it easy to stay on top of your Outlook Tasks from anywhere. It will automatically sync your tasks with To-Do, and will allow you to access and manage them across all your devices.

Microsoft To-Do is the only task management app that’s built on an enterprise cloud, To-Do offers the advanced security that Office 365 customers have come to expect. The data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and To-Do is served out of Microsoft’s hyper-scale, global network of data centers. IT professionals can now enable the Microsoft To-Do Preview through the Office 365 admin center.

Microsoft To-Do Preview wouldn’t have been possible without the development of Wunderlist over the last six years. Over the next few months you’ll start to see more elements of Wunderlist being implemented in Microsoft To-Do. The future features Microsoft To-Do will be adding are features such as, list sharing, apps for Mac, iPad and Android tablets, as well as additional integrations with other Microsoft products and services. Once all of the best and most relevant features are implemented into Microsoft To-Do from Wunderlist, Microsoft will retire Wunderlist.
